How can I place or cancel an order?

Place your order through our checkout page using any accepted payment method.

To change or cancel, email support@davidwerby.com as soon as possible — once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 6-12 business days.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What currency will I be charged in?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What's your return policy?
